Wherever you are! As a Demand Response transportation system, Piattran does not have bus stops but instead picks you up and drops you off at your pre-arranged destination.

Currently, Piattran runs from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Due to the high demand for our services, 24-hour advance reservations is highly recommended although same-day requests can sometimes be accommodated. If you are scheduling transportation to arrive at a specific appointment time, it is a good idea to plan your trip as far in advance as possible.
Piattran’s courteous drivers will assist you and your packages in and out of the vehicle and to your door if necessary, however, we are prohibited from assisting you inside your home or in going beyond the door of your destination due to insurance regulations. If you need assistance beyond what the driver is permitted to offer, a friend or family member may travel with you at no additional charge.
You can pay our drivers directly with exact fare, as our drivers do not carry change with them, or when scheduling the ride, you can ask the dispatcher to send a bill. Another option is to pay over the phone with a credit card.
Yes. All of our vehicles are equipped with ramps or lifts to assist you in getting where you need to go. Our drivers are trained in securing all commonly used mobility devices. Let us know what kind of device you are using when you schedule a trip.
Any Service Animal is welcome to ride for free. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing one.
