Piattran operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by an unlawful discretionary practice regarding Piattran programs has the right to file a formal complaint. Any such complaint must be in writing and submitted within sixty (180) days following the date of the alleged occurrence to the Transportation Director at:
